Once this is established, it is important to determine how the measureable data will be recorded and input into the dashboard. Finally, a user friendly and reliable portal is created for management use.

This ability can cut off negative, downward trends quickly minimizing the damaging effects which otherwise could cause long lasting company pain. The opposite is also true for positive trend identification. Management may recognize a good thing early in the reporting cycle and decide it is best to shift resources to further exploit the positive productivity gains.
